Whether it is 5 p.m. or 5 a.m., the account information you need is at your fingertips. Heritage24 is a telephone banking service that allows you to get the account information you need - when you need it.

Heritage24 allows funds transfers, deposit verifications, loan payments and much more. You can use Heritage24 anywhere you have access to a touchtone telephone. It's that easy! More than 50 years ago, Heritage Bank began a "Tradition of Excellence" we proudly continue today. THE FIRST TIME YOU USE HERITAGE24
  • Enter the last four digits of your social security number. This is your Personal identification Number (PIN) to enter Heritage24. In the event of a joint account, the number has been set from the Social security number of the first name on the account. For example, if the accounts listed as: Bob and Caroline Smith, the last four digits of Bob's social security number are used.
  • During the message, you will be asked to enter four new numbers. This will be the Personal Identification Number (PIN) you will use thereafter. The reason you must change the PIN is for your protection. Only the system will "know" your number. For security, the only number you cannot choose is the one that was originally set with the last four digits of your social security number. You can change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) at any time. (See below)

    HELPFUL HINTS
  • Menus are available in English or Spanish
  • Options may be selected at any time
  • You may press "#" after entering your account number or personal identification number to avoid listening to the entire message
  • You may press "9" or simply hang up at any time to end the call
  • Remember to safeguard your Personal Identification (PIN) to avoid unauthorized access to your account

    CHANGING YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN)
    For your protection, Heritage Bank recommends that you change your PIN regularly. To change your PIN, please follow these steps:
  • Dial 404-897-5447
  • Press "1" For English - Press "2" for Spanish
  • Press "1" for Account Information
  • Enter any of your account numbers followed by "#"
  • Press the number that corresponds to the account you chose:
    • Press "1" for Checking
    • Press "2" for Savings
    • Press "3" for CDs
    • Press "4" for Loans
  • Enter your current PIN followed by "#"
  • Enter any of your account numbers followed by "#"
  • For account options press "9"
  • To change your Personal Identification Number press "5"
  • Enter your new PIN followed by "#"
  • The operator will ask you to verify:
    • Press "1" if new PIN is correct
    • Press "2" to re-enter if new PIN is not correct
    • Press "9" to cancel this change


    Note: For checking and savings, always use the account number on the upper right hand corner of your bank statement.

    CERTIFICATE INFORMATION
    Press "1" for your current balance
    Press "2" to review transactions
    Press "3" for interest information
    Press "9" to inquire on other accounts or to change your PIN

    LOAN INFORMATION
    Press "1" for your current balance or loan payment information
    Press "2" to review your most recent transactions
    Press "3" for interest information
    Press "4" for a loan to checking advance (only allowed on loans that permit advances, for example, Home Equity Loans)
    Press "9" to inquire on other accounts or to change your PIN

    CHANGE PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER:
    Enter your new PIN followed by "#"
    The operator will ask you to verify:
    Press "1" if new PIN is correct
    Press "2" to re-enter if new PIN is not correct
    Press "9" to cancel this change
