David B. Turner, Mr. Turner graduated from Jonesboro Senior High School, then continued his education at the Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated from Georgia State University. He joined Clayton County Federal Savings and Loan Association in May 1971 as an Escrow Clerk. In or around 1975, he became a Mortgage Loan Officer and Assistant to the President of the Bank. In 1989 he was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. The title of Director was added in 1992. Mr. Turner served in these capacities until January 2001, when he was promoted to the position of Vice Chairman. Mr. Turner was elected Chairman of the Board in December, 2005. His civic activities include serving as a board member of Hope Shelter, an advisory board member of Habitat for Humanity, a member of the Jonesboro Historical District Committee, past Chairman of the Executive Committee of Historical Jonesboro-Clayton County and a charter member of First Families of Clayton County.
Leonard A. Moreland, Mr. Moreland graduated from Morrow High School, and went on to graduate from West Georgia College in Carrollton, Georgia. He began his banking career at Trust Company Bank of Clayton County. In 1990, he was a part of the team that founded and began Southern Crescent Bank in Morrow. He served as Senior Vice President until joining Heritage Bank in 1996 as the Executive Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer.
During his time with Heritage Bank, Mr. Moreland served as a Director of the Bank and its parent company, CCF Holding Company while serving as President of Heritage Bank. In January 2006, Leonard was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.
His civic activities include being a member of the Advisory Board of the Clayton State University School of Business; he serves on the CCSU Foundation Board as a Chairman, serves on the Eagles Landing Christian Academy Ministry Team, serves on the Board of Eagles Landing Christian Foundation, and also serves as a Director and Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Moreland and his wife Kay have one child and reside in Jonesboro. They are members of Eagles Landing First Baptist Church of McDonough.

Roy V. Hall, Mr. Hall has been a director of Heritage Bank since 1999 and of CCF Holding Company since 2000. He is a certified public accountant and was a principal of the accounting firm Roy V. Hall, PC in Jonesboro, Georgia from 1981 to 2007. In 2007, Mr. Hall joined Fulton and Kozak, LLC, Certified Public Accountants in Morrow, Georgia. Mr. Hall serves on the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Call of Georgia, a non-profit organization serving Southern Baptist missionaries. He has been an active member of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro since 1976, serving in various leadership capacities.
Edwin S. Kemp, Jr., Mr. Kemp has been a director of the Bank since 1988. Operating an independent law practice in Jonesboro, Georgia since 1982, he has been counsel to the Bank since 1983. Mr. Kemp is past chairman of the Administrative Board of the Jonesboro First United Methodist Church and is currently a member of the Staff-Parish Committee. He has also served as attorney for Habitat for Humanity and for Historical Jonesboro.
John B. Lee, Jr., Mr. Lee has been a director of the Bank since 1975. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is employed by Spartan Lincoln-Mercury, Inc., and is a co-owner of the Southside Chapel Funeral Home. Both businesses are located in Morrow, Georgia. He is a past director and president of the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce.
John T. Mitchell, Mr. Mitchell has been a director of the Bank since June 1997. He is the president and a principal of Adams-Mitchell Realty, Inc., located in Jonesboro, Georgia.
Judge Stephen Boswell, Judge Boswell received his bachelors and law degrees from the University of Georgia, is a decorated military veteran, and was appointed to sit on the Supreme Court of Georgia. He currently is a member of the Clayton College and State University Board of Trustees Foundation, and the Jonesboro United Methodist Church Administrative Board.
Judge Boswell also has shown commitment to his community by formerly serving on the Boards of Directors for the Salvation Army, Arts Clayton, Reynolds Nature Preserve, and the Dance Theater of Georgia. He was president and vice president for the Clayton County Bar Association, an instructor for the Leadership Clayton program, and president of the Tara Kiwanis Club.
